The agreement between you and Your Palace Hair LTD when you buy, book or order a custom piece.
About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from this website, whether you're ordering from Your Palace Hair or Sahla Studio. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We accept card payments, Klarna instalments, PayPal and Apple Pay. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before charging anything and you can choose whether to continue.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy from us. We confirm it by email once payment is taken. If we can't supply something — for example it sells out or a shade is no longer available — we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid for it.
Delivery
Hair units and bundles arrive in 5–6 days; waist trainers, sculpt wear and fajas in 12–14 days. These are estimates, not guarantees, so please allow a little extra time before an event.
Returns
Wig sales are final once a unit has been opened, worn, customised or altered. Eligible online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of arrival if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Consultations, fittings and masterclasses
These are booked by paying for the ticket first. Consultations and face-to-face fittings are then arranged on the calendar link you're sent after payment. Masterclass tickets are payment only — your joining link is emailed to the address you use at checkout before the class. If we have to cancel or move a class, you can join the new date or have a full refund.
Custom orders
A custom order starts with a consultation. After that we quote you a price. Nothing is made or ordered until you accept the quote and pay for it, and a custom piece made to your measurements is treated as personalised.
Care and results
Our units and shapewear work best when they're looked after. Following the aftercare advice we give you is part of getting the result you expect, and we can't be responsible for items that have been coloured, heated, washed or worn in a way that wasn't advised.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are handled in accordance with those rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute would be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
