Final sale on opened units
Due to the nature of our products, all wig sales are final once the wig has been opened, worn, customised or altered.
14-day cancellation
Under UK consumer law, you may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the wig remains unused and in its original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
