Shipping & Delivery
How long your order takes, what delivery costs, and how tickets and appointments reach you.
Delivery times
Every product page shows the estimate for that item. As a guide:
- Hair units, bundles and hair accessories: 5–6 days.
- Waist trainers, sculpt wear and fajas: 12–14 days.
When your order is sent
Your order is prepared once payment has gone through. You'll get an email from us as soon as it's on its way, with your tracking details so you can follow it.
Shipping costs
The cost of delivery is worked out from your address and what you've ordered, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is charged that you haven't seen first.
UK and international orders
We ship within the UK and internationally. For orders outside the UK, any import duty or local taxes charged by your country are paid by you and are collected by the courier on delivery — they aren't part of what you pay us.
Tickets, consultations and custom orders
These don't need shipping. Your masterclass joining link is emailed to the address you use at checkout before the class. Consultations and fittings are booked on the calendar link you're sent after payment, and a custom order is quoted to you after your chat.
